 "A California judge said in a preliminary ruling that bloggers should not have the same protection afforded to journalists under US law."

Excuse me? Now you have to have completed journalism school to have free-speech rights?

I'm not sure I see ANYTHING in the constitution that allows the confidentiality of sources, but any jack-ass that thinks that journalists should have more rights to information and speech than bloggers needs to be thrown off the bench.

This has to be overturned in appeals...
