I've decided that blogging is a pain-in-the-butt.

It's just hard to keep up with. Yeah, it definitely doesn't help that I'm such a perfectionist that I sometimes won't blog something because I don't have time to perfectly prepare it. (Some would say that makes me a horrible blogger... I dunno, I guess if I just oozed awesomeness then I could get away with spouting whatever comes to mind, but my thought is: there's enough crap out there in the world without me adding more to it.)

Anyhow, what brings this mind-set? Well, it's been 2+ months since I last blogged on SQLAdvice.com. I only just today made a new post to repeatableread. (I still like the name, too bad I can't make it repeatablepost <g>.)

What makes that sad is the fact that I've got a little notebook chock-full of ideas that I've flushed out about 70% or so... but just haven't had enough time to tweak/finalize to the point where I feel like posting them. I want to blog, I sort of like it... just don't seem to find/make enough time for it given my perfectionist tendencies.
